The User Growth team is responsible for the growth of TikTok's products. We help products formulate tailor-made growth plans, and use various marketing, product, and data analysis methods to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimizes a series of sophisticated product growth plans such as paid advertising and organic growth, and is proficient in applying them to various businesses. At the same time, when new growth opportunities are discovered, we build new solutions to help businesses achieve breakthroughs. By joining the UG team, you can be responsible for the growth of products with hundreds of millions of users, and hands-on master the industry's most forefront growth practices.

  • Cooperate with Tiktok user growth teams to construct dashboards/datasets/other format data services based on advertising strategies, and design product solutions to improve the effects of the advertising business.
  • Manage the data assets both from external partners/medias and internal departments for high efficient/qualified data infrastructure.
  • Cooperate with analysts to optimize core indicators of Tiktok user growth, including attribution data, cost, ROI, etc.
Qualifications
  • Have a great passion for data and a good sense of driving business improvement with data.
  • More than 2 years of experience in data products, familiar with full data producing process.
  • Experience in data service and familiarity with the user growth business is preferred.
  • Positive and boundary-free, self-driven, and good at driving partners to jointly get expected results.
  • Available English reading and writing skills, and fluent English communication.
